Privacy smart glass is aimed at residential bathrooms, boutique hotel wet zones and home offices where instant opacity is needed without tracks or curtains. The laminate stack is similar to commercial switchable units but panel sizes and driver locations are usually driven by joinery modules rather than curtain wall grids.

Moisture control at the glass edge is critical in steamy rooms, so we align silicone lines with the supplier’s tested detail. Where the panel forms part of a guarding line, structural glass rules still apply and the interlayer cannot replace a handrail unless the approved solution says so.
