Bespoke sizes
Module width and curb centres locked to structural grid before glass order.
Modular rooflights repeat a standard bay width along a roof to even out daylight and simplify procurement. Each module shares the same curb detail, cavity build-up and cap profile, which reduces tolerance stack-up when you are covering long studio or corridor roofs.
We treat the run as a coordinated kit: joint positions, movement allowances and drainage at junctions are set out against the structural grid. Where one bay sits over a kitchen and the next over a study, glass make-up can still vary per module while the aluminium interface stays consistent for the roofer.

Fabrication batches aligned to crane or scaffold dates on tight city sites.
Outer/inner combinations tuned per orientation while sharing one cap suite.
Extruded aluminium caps and pressure plates sized for the declared wind load.
Lift-and-place sequence agreed so temporary weathering can follow immediately.
Laminated inners and documented residual strength after breakage for overhead zones.
